GTA 6 Cheats
GTA 6 cheats have not been revealed. If Rockstar follows GTA 5, expect button combos and phone number codes for things like invincibility, weapons and weather.

GTA 6 cheats have not been announced, and no working cheat codes exist yet, so any list you see online before launch is made up. Based on GTA V, we expect Rockstar to include cheat codes in story mode, entered either as button combinations or through the in-game phone. We will publish verified codes as soon as they are found.
Cheats are a series tradition going back to the very first Grand Theft Auto. They have survived every generation, and there is no sign Rockstar plans to drop them.
Does GTA 6 have cheat codes?
Not confirmed. Cheats are almost always discovered after release, sometimes within hours, and Rockstar rarely talks about them beforehand. GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 both had cheats, so the odds are good.
Please be careful with sites claiming to list GTA 6 cheats today. They cannot have been tested, because nobody has the game.
How did cheats work in GTA 5?
GTA V gave players two ways to enter cheats:
- Button combinations, entered quickly on the controller during play.
- Phone numbers, dialled on the in-game phone, which also saved the cheat to a contact list.
The PC version also let you type cheats through a console. Most codes were toggles, so entering them again turned them off.
What kind of cheats could GTA 6 have?
If GTA VI follows recent Rockstar games, these categories are the most likely:
- Survival, such as invincibility, full health and armour.
- Weapons, giving a set of guns and ammo.
- Wanted level, raising or lowering your stars.
- Vehicles, spawning cars, bikes, boats or aircraft.
- World, changing weather, slowing time or adjusting gravity.
- Fun, like explosive bullets, drunk mode or super jump.
A money cheat is unlikely. GTA V never had one, and our make money guide covers legitimate ways to earn instead.
Do cheats disable trophies in GTA 6?
In GTA V, using a cheat disabled trophies and achievements for the rest of that session, and you could not save with cheats active. We expect a similar rule in GTA 6 to protect the trophy list. If the game uses the phone to enter cheats, it may also log them in your call history, as GTA V did.
Will there be cheats in GTA 6 Online?
No. GTA Online has never supported cheat codes, and using third-party mods or hacks online can get your account banned. See GTA 6 Online for what we know about multiplayer.
FAQ
Are there any GTA 6 cheats right now?
No. The game is not out until 19 November 2026, so no real cheat codes are known.
Will GTA 6 cheats use the phone?
Possibly. GTA 5 let you dial cheat numbers on the in-game phone, and a similar system would fit GTA 6.
Do cheats affect trophies in GTA 6?
In GTA 5 they disabled trophies for that session. GTA 6 has not confirmed its rules.
Is there a money cheat in GTA 6?
Unlikely. No mainline HD era GTA has had a money cheat.
