GTA 6 turned up somewhere nobody expected this week: an episode of South Park. "Guinea Pig on a Stick", the fourth episode of season 29, aired on October 28, 2026, and part of one gag is built around real GTA 6 gameplay.
Several outlets spotted that Rockstar Games is thanked in the episode's end credits, which points to an official collaboration rather than leaked footage. Rockstar itself hasn't commented.
What does the South Park clip show?
The boys watch roughly 17 seconds of footage on a screen. In it, Jason Duval stands on a sunny stretch of Vice Beach, and the moment ends in typical South Park fashion: Jason throws a bag of dog mess at a passer-by. The characters rave about the graphics and how alive the world feels before Cartman gives it his loud approval.
It's short, but it is a real look at the open world: a sunny beach, a passer-by going about their day and a silly, unscripted-looking moment of the kind the series is known for.

Is this new GTA 6 footage?
It seems so. Fans who have gone through the trailers say the clip doesn't match anything Rockstar has shown, which would make it the first fresh gameplay since the August Extended Look. One outlet notes that the credit only confirms Rockstar took part, not that every frame is brand new, so we're calling this likely rather than confirmed.
Why is GTA 6 in South Park?
GTA 6 has been a running joke all season, with characters promising that everything will get better "in November". The game launches on November 19, so the joke finally has a date.
