GTA 6 Minor Characters
Beyond Jason, Lucia and the six profiled supporting characters, GTA 6 trailers show a crowd of minor faces, from Lori Heder to viral Leonida locals. Here is who we have seen and who we expect.
On this page
GTA 6 minor characters fill out the world beyond the two protagonists and the six supporting characters Rockstar profiled on the official site. Some are confirmed by name, others only by a few seconds in a trailer, and many more will only be revealed when the game launches.
Which GTA 6 characters are confirmed?
Rockstar has officially named eight main characters. The leads are Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. The supporting cast is Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez, Raul Bautista and Brian Heder.
Everyone else on this page sits below that tier. They are either named in passing in official descriptions or seen in trailers without a profile.
Who are the named minor characters?
A few smaller names appear in Rockstar's official text:
- Lori, the wife of Brian Heder, who shares his life in the Leonida Keys.
- Bae-Luxe and Roxy, the two members of Real Dimez, who are profiled together as a duo.
- Only Raw Records, not a person but a label that links Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan and Real Dimez.
We expect Lori in particular to appear in Jason's early Keys missions, given that he lives on the couple's property.
Who appears in the trailers without a name?
The trailers are packed with characters who look like they could matter. There is the person Lucia talks to in Leonida Penitentiary, cops in several chase scenes, and a parade of Leonida locals in the in-game social media clips.
Those viral clips parody real Florida moments, from alligators at front doors to wild beach antics. It is likely some of these locals are recurring side characters or random encounters rather than story roles. See GTA 6 social media for a closer look.
What kinds of minor characters can we expect?
If GTA 6 follows GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2, we expect:
- Strangers and freaks style side missions with oddball locals.
- Rival criminals, gang leaders and dealers tied to each region.
- Shop owners, club staff and contacts who unlock services.
- Radio hosts, callers and TV personalities.
None of this is confirmed, but it matches Rockstar's track record. Regions like Grassrivers and Port Gellhorn look ideal for eccentric side characters.
